Having lived in Lancaster for 40 years I could not believe I had never heard of Lapp Gas Appliances. The name is misleading as they carry all brands of appliances. My washing machine died and LH Brubaker and Martins appliances were absolutely unhelpful and could not even come out and look at the machine for two weeks. I called Lapp Gas Aplliances and spoke with the sales manager. Not only say he could stop out on the same day but that he would also bring out a replacement washer just in case. Within a couple hours they arrived. We assessed that we would need a new washer and they installed the new one. I paid the technician and they were on their way. Total professionalism, and wonderful to deal with. After using the two other appliance dealers for 30 years, I won’t any longer be calling them.

Jake from Lapp gas’s appliances was great . He contacted me when he was on his way and arrived promptly. He was well spoken regarding the appliance and what he did to evaluate its misfunctioning . He offered several options for repair and or replacement. It was a totally easy transaction. We most likely will replace the dishwasher using Lapp gas as our dealer . The webpage shows units that are comparable to Best Buy , Lowe’s and Home Depot.Overall it was an excellent experience largely due to Jake our tech for good communication and knowledge of the appliance .

The gentlemen I worked with at Lapp Gas Appliance LLC were very helpful, educated, and punctual. They fixed my original washer issue just 3 days from my request. The technician also found and repaired an additional issue that would have cost me another service request saving me 100's of dollars. These guys were efficient, timely, honest, and professional.
