Jake from Lapp gas’s appliances was great . He contacted me when he was on his way and arrived promptly. He was well spoken regarding the appliance and what he did to evaluate its misfunctioning . He offered several options for repair and or replacement. It was a totally easy transaction. We most likely will replace the dishwasher using Lapp gas as our dealer . The webpage shows units that are comparable to Best Buy , Lowe’s and Home Depot.Overall it was an excellent experience largely due to Jake our tech for good communication and knowledge of the appliance .

The gentlemen I worked with at Lapp Gas Appliance LLC were very helpful, educated, and punctual. They fixed my original washer issue just 3 days from my request. The technician also found and repaired an additional issue that would have cost me another service request saving me 100's of dollars. These guys were efficient, timely, honest, and professional. Will definitely hire again.
