After placing my order I waited two weeks and had not heard from them regarding shipment. I emailed only to receive in return a poorly written email with no salutation or closing (no name, no company name, not even a "sincerely") ... it stated they had to reprint my order because they hadn't read my comments (about how to produce it) the first time. The email claimed they had packed it up that day and it was on it's way. Nearly two more weeks went by and still no decals. I emailed again and said I'd prefer a refund at that point. The email (same totally unprofessional kind with bad grammar) arrived to say they were a small company who was very busy and my order had been lost. They now assured me it had been packed (that day - how ironic) and no, they don't supply tracking numbers and let their customers know when shipment is expected ... and NO they DON'T issue refunds! Can you believe it?! What company states THAT?? When the product finally arrived more than a month after ordering it, it was the wrong size (I ordered 2" tall and it was 3" tall - totally unusable for a vehicle) and it was cut in a very sloppy manner that looked like my 2-year old had done it. I cannot use the product I waited so long for and I know they don't refund money to unsatisfied customers. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else!

We apologized for the human error in the delay or the order, her order got lost in the shuffle - her order was already printed and packed when she called, we do state on our policy page (that she check the button that she had read and agrreed to our policy) that any order that was printed can't be refunded. Decals were the right size for a vehicle and lettering was pre spaced and perfect for the vehicles. We sell thousands of these and never ad a complaint about the quality of the vinyl! The backing paper is cut by hand and has no realitivity to the decal itself which is what was cut crooked NOT the lettering as she made it sound like, the backing that was cut crooked is a piece of paper that gets THROWN AWAY. Not used at all. Customer left out of her complaint that we shipped her 2 extra decals for FREE for the error on our part of the order delay. But sometimes no one is every happy. Decals are top quality vinyl and will last her 7+ years on her vehicle..... we use the same premium vinyls as every other vinyl company and yet we are cheaper ...

Your order was shipped USPS 9405511899560420761161, several days after the order was placed. And we show it was delivered May 5th....check with your staff to see if someone in the office has the items.

Great Products, Great Prices! every order I placed was shipped on time, and a few orders came with extra for free. My truck has lettering on it from 5 years ago and still looks great. I highly recommend this company. - Johnny D
