About
I take the time to listen and find out what the customers needs and expectations are. I then follow through and meet those needs and expectations with a quality job, done right and on schedule. I enjoy interacting with my customers and getting to know them. Over the past few years many customers have now become friends. I also get great satisfaction seeing how excited customers get when the job is done and their property is clean. Many customers tell me that sparkling clean windows brighten their mood!

Service was prompt and professional. All gutters were left in excellent condition. We will be using them again in the fall.

Jeff was very professional. He answered his email immediately and scheduled an appointment within a short amount of time. He did an outstanding job cleaning the gutters. I would definitely recommend him.

I contacted Jeff to wash windows in our 175 year old house. He actually answered his phone when I called. He kept his appointment for the estimate. He returned the estimate in less than 24 hours, and he washed my windows 5 days later. Jeff and another employee started my windows at 1030am and finished at about 4pm. They moved everything out of the way and back again, they vacuumed up any debris they created, they cut back all the ivy around my windows, they were beyond thorough. My windows are gorgeous!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We belong to several trade associations and participate in as many seminars and training sessions as possible. Newly hired technicians are always trained by me or my lead technician to insure that they are doing the work correctly from the start.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started window cleaning part time 5 years ago. The business grew to a point where I had to make a decision - either go full time or stop and lose everything I worked for. I decided to quit my regular job and do this full time. I haven't regretted it!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I want customers to know that window cleaning and power washing is a trade that must be learned over time and through continuing education. Anyone can buy some equipment and call themselves a window cleaner or power washer and go out and do a lot of damage to a customers property. Please do not fall into the " We will wash any house for $99" trap. I have heard first hand of many online coupon deals that ended in damaged property or the contractor never showing up for the appointment. A professional, insured power washing company cannot wash any size home for $99, do a thorough job and stay in business. Your home is your greatest investment, don't let just anyone work on it!
