I originally provided a positive review of our initial services with Mr. Castro. Since then I received two invoices for services which have not been performed. Over 3 weeks have passed between lawn mowings and there has been no reply to text messages, phone calls or direct contact via Thumbtack. We have a young family with 16 month twin boys and it is extremely difficult to manage our lawn. We were promised a level of service, which this far has not been provided. Our first service went smoothly, our second resulted in our back yard being scalped (which resulted in a burnt lawn) and weed whacking that was never completed (on either service dates).
