Concrete Installation
This father-son team gets 5 stars from start to finish. From the initial contact, through bidding, my revisions and add-ons, to scheduling and performing the work requested, they were at all times professional, friendly, courteous, helpful and above all RELIABLE. Their work was top-notch. They took care of all necessary permits. They used the best materials, adding fiber to the cement for extra strength. The cement surface was finished very skillfully with an attractive texture. Edges were clean and neat. They even did 2 small patches at no extra cost. The job site was kept in good order throughout construction, with the least amount of disruption to adjacent streets and sidewalks. All areas were left spotless. I recommend Louis Contracting 100%.

Concrete Repair and Maintenance
Could not recommend him any more highly! Bob did a masterful job on our sidewalk and walkways for a very reasonable price. He also checked in a lot during the process to ensure that he was working up to our expectations, something I haven't had many contractors do and appreciated greatly. A+, would (and will!) hire again!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do not have a standard pricing. The best way for me to give you the best price is for me to come out and look at the job. Every job is a little different for example what is the accessibility like, can i get equipment in or is it hand work. Plus how hard is it to get the concrete placed , does it need pumped, wheelbarrow it or can we pour it right from the truck.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? It starts by us coming out to look at the work you want done. We then work a price out for you and if we agree on the price we set u ou in the schedule. We will not take any money in advance , what we do is we will meet a day or two before we start the job, get a contact signed and then we will take a payment on the job. After the work is completed and everyone is happy with the work we will then take the final payment.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I got started doing concrete work with my father, I started working with him when i was 14 years old and in 2004 I took over the company. I have 20 years of experience in concrete and excavating work. And my father started with his father which was a civil engineer for a large company.
