He responded to my text no matter what time it was during the day or evening hours. He is doing a divorce for me, and his rates are extremely reasonable. I was able to do everything by email and text so far, so I haven't met him in person yet, but he had been really nice. He doesn't seem to have that impersonal demeanor that you get from a lawyer. So far, I would recommend him to my friends. So far, so good!

After finding myself in some trouble with the law and discovered that it was more trouble than I originally thought, Tim Leonard reached out to me and offered his advice. He was very understanding and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney to represent me and I am glad that he was there to protect my best interest. I will definitely keep Tim in mind should I ever need representation again in the future.

About

We are a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania employment law firm, litigating discrimination and wrongful termination/discharge in the workplace. Our firm specializes in wrongful termination law and has expertise in the nuances of wrongful termination/discharge in Pennsylvania and exceptions to the "at-will" employment doctrine in the state. Bushnell Law Firm, P.C. takes on most cases on a contingency basis, so there are no out-of-pocket costs, unless there is money recovered in the lawsuit. Our firm focuses on trying and winning cases, and not simply filing suits in the hope of obtaining settlements, because the money received by the client will be greater if the opposing party knows that you are willing to go to trial, if necessary, to obtain fair compensation for the injuries sustained. As a result, we take fewer cases, but litigate those cases very aggressively. We look for the merit of the case, and then are extremely thorough in turning over every stone to find out what happened to the client at work that caused the termination or other adverse action. This is essential in employment cases, because, as opposed to other type of cases, the evidence in employment cases is often circumstantial, and thus, there is more opportunity for the employer to lie since these cases are mostly "he-said-she-said" cases, and not cases with tangible evidence, such as accident cases. Another complication in employment cases is there is often no physical manifestation of injury, so unlike an accident case, where there is often overt physical damage that can be seen by the jury, the jury is not likely to see a physical manifestation of damage; the client will look healthy and able to work. Under those circumstances, it is vital for the attorney to be able to communicate powerfully to the jury what the client has suffered, and this is an expertise that our firm possesses. Our firm works predominantly on employment cases, so we have the specialized expertise in these types of cases. Finally, our firm also negotiates severance packages with employers, drafts employment agreements, and works on the client's behalf to resolve employment matters outside of litigation, if at all possible. We are a cutting-edge employment law firm and provide optimal customer service to our clientele.
