Times like these are frought with emergency calls for pipe bursts. Bill calls and keeps me updated when he will arrive. His work is quality and he brings an upbeat can-do attitude with him as a regular part of his skill set. He doesn't know it yet, but he has already become the plumber I will call for any and all other plumbing needs.
