Tyler worked on a house extension project and I would recommend him to everyone because he is extremely professional and kind! He really listens and keeps quality and cost efficiency in mind. Other architects were trying to re-do my entire house and we're absolutely not listening. I found it very easy to call him and discuss the options that he sent. Thank you!

I used this company to design my studio, they drew up all the floor plans, came up with the super cool idea, I sent them over the idea. & they took care of the rest. found all the materials, & was extremely helpful throughout the process!

Tyler was so easy to work with. He brought our vision to life and even better than we expected. Tyler helped us redesign the floor plan of our home to accommodate full ADA requirements and redesigned our bathrooms. My husband (a disabled veteran and in construction all his life) was humbled by the respect he received from Tyler. Tyler even helped us receive a grant from Veteran's Affairs to help with the cost of our project. Tyler worked with us throughout the entire project from space planning, design, permitting and even construction. He is extremely knowledgeable in evey aspect of design and construction. He managed our project and was finished ahead of schedule! I would recommend Tyler and Imagine Reality a million times over!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing will vary based on each individual project. As each new project will differ in scope of work and square footage, we like to discuss with the client and analyze the project as a whole before we can accurately give an estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is discussing the exact scope of work with the client and analyzing what information is already available. Depending on the project, we would then typically set up a set visit to take measurements of the existing space and surrounding areas, along with having a conversation with the client about their specific needs and wants. We like to gather all necessary information and client's desires before we can begin our work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of designers & visualizers all have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in a design related field. We have over 10+ years of experience in the fields of Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, Photography & Videography. We have the following degrees:
Bachelor of Architecture,
Bachelor of Urban Design,
Bachelor of Film Making,
& an Associate of Science in Video Production
