Brad installed a utility sink and faucet in our basement. He did an excellent job on the installation and was very professional, courteous and punctual. Plus he was very reasonable. Best of all, Brad has integrity and takes pride in his work. We have more plumbing to be done and he will be doing it.

My main sewer line was clogged. He came out quickly and cleaned it out. He also showed me how to maintain my lines myself, so this does not reoccur. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an honest plumber.

I’d happily recommend Brad in the future to anyone and everyone. After we had our floors redone, we needed our dishwasher and vanity/sink reinstalled and a new toilet installed. Brad took care to reinstall our dishwasher and vanity/sink better than they were before. Our new toilet was also expertly installed. I believe Brad is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I also believe I’ve found my plumber who I’ll always call in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Working with Brad and Victor was a great experience. Both very professional and personable. Brad’s communication was so prompt with thorough follow up. Pricing was up front and transparent. Gave recommendations and options as well. Victor did the plumbing and is incredibly professional-he clearly knows his stuff. I wanted to make sure that we didn’t skimp on a quality service because we have nice hardwood floors surrounding the toilet and powder room. Victor’s work was perfection and he did a nice job cleaning up. Highly recommend.

2. Giving approximate price
3. Scheduling an appointment, then giving the exact price.
4. When the price is agreed upon we start the work immediately.
