Here’s what you can expect: Flat monthly pricing (no hourly surprises). Scalable packages so your bookkeeping grows with your business. Discounts may be available for businesses that prepay annually or bundle services. My goal is to make bookkeeping affordable, predictable, and valuable—giving you clarity in your numbers without added stress about costs.

When I start working with a new client, my goal is to make the process simple and stress-free. Here’s what it looks like: Discovery Call – We start with a quick conversation to understand your business, challenges, and bookkeeping needs. Customized Plan – I create a plan tailored to your business, whether that’s monthly bookkeeping, clean-up work, or ongoing support. Onboarding – I’ll get secure access to your financial accounts, set up or organize your QuickBooks Online (if needed), and establish clear workflows. Regular Bookkeeping – From here, I keep your books accurate and up to date—providing reports, insights, and ongoing communication so you always know where your business stands. Review & Growth – As your business evolves, I’ll make recommendations to help you stay on track, save time, and maximize profitability. The goal is always the same: make your financials stress-free, clear, and useful for growing your business.

I have professional training and hands-on experience in bookkeeping and financial management, with a focus on helping small business owners simplify their numbers. I’m certified in QuickBooks Online, and I stay up to date on the latest accounting practices, tax requirements, and software updates to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Beyond formal training, I’ve worked directly with business owners across different industries—cleaning up messy books, streamlining processes, and giving them clear financial insights they can actually use.
