The first step is to schedule a phone consultation — or even better, a meet‑and‑greet at your venue. This allows us to walk the space together, discuss the best bar‑flow layout, and make sure every concern is addressed. It also gives us a chance to get to know one another and ensures that I’m the right fit for your event. That connection matters when you’re inviting someone into your home to entertain your friends and family or to be part of your special lifetime event!!!
I work closely with each client to create a complete, customized shopping list that includes quantities, brand suggestions, bottle sizes, and even the amount of ice needed. Once I’m hired, I take the ball and run with it. My goal is to make the bar portion of your event completely worry‑free. I love seeing my clients enjoy their celebration, and I take pride in being part of that experience.
Every bar setup is designed with intention. Your bar will be elevated to a true 42‑inch bar height and styled with upscale matching linens, coordinated décor, and lighting that complements your theme. I invest a great deal of time in intertwining your event décor into the bar presentation, which is why I require access to the venue at least three hours before your event begins.
Your setup will include elegant plastic drinkware for cocktails and wine, napkins, straws, linens, coolers, tables, and so much more.
