I am in awe regarding the replacement our stair railings. I reviewed this contractor via thumbtack and immediately observed the quality which is what I seek. From the very beginning, Bill arrived timely for an estimate, took great measurements, and listened to my needs and wants. He is highly communicate and shows great care in his work. Bill, the owner of this business was the consummate pro. His work was meticulous and he consistently aimed to please. Bill did the work personally. He did more than rails and ballusters. He was an excellent finish carpenter who made everything seamless with the woodwork that was already in place. He welcomed our input at every stage of the project, would discuss options and do whatever we asked, even if it meant starting over. I can't say enough positive things about Bill. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs to add or repair interior railwork.
