Would definitely hire Bill again!!! He did an excellent job, even with some unexpected twists the came up during the work. He was also super communicative and really listened to what we wanted, which was great because the project had some quirks to be dealt with. What was also really important for us was that he did the work start to finish. We'd had previous experiences with Home Depot or other private companies where the person who does the estimate is really friendly and knowledgeable, but then you never see them again and the people who actually do the work didn't get told any of the details and don't have the same quality standards - this was not the case here!!! Stellar work and service all the way through. We're VERY happy with the new stairs and rails. And the price was competitive. So glad we did it with this company!!!

Bill explained how bulasters are installed. He helped us select the design and pattern. We schedule for installation today. He showed up on time with the material. He started and finished on time. He told us that he will come back in 3 days to make sure that everything is working to our satisfaction. Stairs looks amazing! Definitely will hire him again!!! Thank you!

Bill was wonderful from first contact, estimate, and then completion of our stair project. Our balusters were in desperate need of replacement and our top rail was so loose from our little monsters running around and using it as a slingshot. It’s very sturdy and as a mom makes me feel a lot better about its intended purpose! I wish we had more railing/steps for him to work on, we loved having him!
