- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very reasonable and comparable to the job specifics. Our prices will usually be in the middle to lower range compared to most of the competitors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step would be to visit the customer and discuss the job they want performed. We will come out and go over the options with the customer. They will then receive a quoted estimate of the job. Once they agree to this, we will come and finalize all of the details, have a contract signed and collect the deposit. At this time, we will also discuss start and end times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of experience in carpentry, deck building, home remodeling, water damage and repairs.
