Ociel replaced my back door, storm door, and a length of leaky gutter on my historic row home. The wall had significant water damage, so the door needed to be reframed. Ociel was punctual, courteous, and clearly laid out my replacement door and gutter options before starting. When the newly installed door was crooked and sticking, Ociel returned the next day to shim and straighten it properly. I had planned to install door hardware myself. I was disappointed to find minor damage to the new $700 door where the hardware attaches. A handyman neighbor patched the cracked door for me easily and the hardware went together fine. Herrera services was pleasant to work with and a fair value.
