Bite By the Bay is a locally owned company that provides Erie with all of their favorite summer snacks. From fresh-cut french fries and Italian sausage sandwiches to funnel cakes and hand-shaken lemonade, Bite By the Bay participates in community events throughout our region. For 17 years, we have played a role in such highly-visible and well-attended events like Discover Presque Isle, Erie’s Blues and Jazz Festival, Applefest in Franklin, Pa., and 8 Great Tuesdays. In addition to providing professional concessions services, Bite By the Bay can also assist with private events with personalized catering. Our staff works directly with our clients to create made-to-order menus. We can bring the party to you, making set-up and cleanup easy. Phenomenal! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for catering services and would certainly hire again for future events. The food was fantastic. We received compliments on it all night and even days later as my family and I ate any left overs (which were still delicious!). We beyond got our money's worth. The catering portion of our reception had me super stressed due to cost and wanting to get it just right. Tri was right with me every step of the way. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with everything. If you're thinking about acquiring his services....DO IT! You will NOT be disappointed.

If I could I would have chosen all 5 of what I liked working with Bite by the Bay: Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value and Punctuality. Bite by the Bay responded right away to us, sat down with us to plan out the menu, even helped us out with things we hadn't thought of which they would supply if we wanted. The value for the menu we selected was AWESOME! We even had to change the count and they were able to do it. We had servers who were very capable, friendly and pleasant. They were set up and ready to go for the event ahead of time. All in All they were wonderful to work with and I would definitely hire again and recommend.

Our graduation party was catered by Bite By the Bay and it was top notch. The food was incredible and the people attending were so happy with the taste and variety of the food. I would HIGHLY recommend Bite By the Bay to make your event stress free!

Due to COVID we’ve had to postpone our party for now. But Tri has been so professional every step of the way. He’s proactive and in top of all details. He checked to see what he’d have to do to keep operate safely. His attention to detail and his personal all around character are amazing. Can’t wait to have our party once the virus issues are over!

Bite By the Bay catered my daughter’s graduation party. We got some many comments from friends and family about how much they loved the food. They took care of everything, and I was able to relax and enjoy visiting with all our guests. They are top notch and I would recommend them to anyone who wants their party to awesome.
