What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a free consultation where we learn about your business, current bookkeeping practices, and financial goals. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Immunology and Medical Microbiology from West Virginia University and have built my career coming from detail-oriented industries prior to founding Continental Accounting, including clinical research, healthcare, and finance. I also hold multiple professional certifications that complement my academic background and support my technical expertise in accounting and financial management. In addition to founding Continental Accounting, I have gained extensive hands-on experience through my day-to-day work within the company, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and cloud-based accounting systems. This combination of formal education, certifications, and practical experience has strengthened my analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to providing accurate, reliable financial services to every client.
