Chris was wonderful. He came on time as scheduled. He cleaned/repaired/replaced all that was wrong with my laptop. He explained in simple, easy for me to understand, terms what and why he did all he did.. My computer is happy now and so am I. I will definately recommend him.

Chris has fabulous technical skills and has always quickly diagnosed my computer problems accurately and repaired them promptly. Additionally, he goes above and beyond to make sure your computer is working at optimum performance. I have referred Chris to other family members and colleagues. He is reasonable, comes to my home and makes every effort to accommodate my crazy schedule. He is trust worthy, very pleasant and I highly recommend him.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am always researching and reading about new technologies and software programs. I constantly strive to stay ahead of the curve with new technology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My grandfather, on my moms side, fixed lawn mowers in his neighborhood. Everyone has a lawnmower. :) He taught me a lot about mechanical repair and I look at computers as my generations' lawnmower. Everyone in the neighbor has one. :)
- What types of customers have you worked with?Upgrading Windows, software conflicts, printer errors, hardware failures, malware and virus infections, hardware upgrade consulting...etc. i also design logos, brochures, business cards, marketing plans, social media marketing plans, websites and image restoration/manipulation. I can also train/teach software lessons for Adobe Photoshop/Indesign/Illustrator, CorelDraw and QuarkXPress.
