I've know Cris for a couple of years and he has always been on top of my computer needs. On a businees trip 2 years ago, my laptop contracted a virus. We called Chris he was able to diagnose the problem and send correction files to my business partner, who was then able to work with Chris to get my laptop back to working order. This was all completed within an hour ot two. Recently I was having trouble with my new laptop. Chris checked it out then worked on it at his home. The next day it was fine and has been since. Chris is very knowledgeable dependable and always searches for the right fix. When he was working full time for our company, he was our IT guy and now that he has his own business, he is still our IT guy!!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always researching and reading about new technologies and software programs. I constantly strive to stay ahead of the curve with new technology.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandfather, on my moms side, fixed lawn mowers in his neighborhood. Everyone has a lawnmower. :) He taught me a lot about mechanical repair and I look at computers as my generations' lawnmower. Everyone in the neighbor has one. :)
What types of customers have you worked with?
Upgrading Windows, software conflicts, printer errors, hardware failures, malware and virus infections, hardware upgrade consulting...etc. i also design logos, brochures, business cards, marketing plans, social media marketing plans, websites and image restoration/manipulation. I can also train/teach software lessons for Adobe Photoshop/Indesign/Illustrator, CorelDraw and QuarkXPress.
