My goal has always been to help people find the way to improve ALL areas of their life. I do this with a combination of typical coaching methods and by helping my clients to find inner peace and joy. The two must go together for lasting change. I can show people how to achieve their goals without the usual effort and discomfort that usually goes along with eliminating old habits. I love being able to show people they can be happy. They can attract what they want into their lives. We are conditioned by society to believe that some people are happy and enjoy good lives while others have to accept less. This is not at all true. What I can teach you will change your mind completely and you will understand how to have the life you want. This is why I do what I do. I do it because it is real and it works.

I love Linda! From the first five minutes speaking with her and even now after a few sessions, she has always made me feel comfortable to tell her what's on my mind, focus on one thing at a time, and stay positive. She has really helped me to start changing things around in my life for the better, both with my actions and even my mindset. This is my first time speaking with a life coach and I was pretty nervous and anxious, but I am so grateful to have found Linda because she truly cares about her clients and what they're feeling and experiencing. Even discussing specific parts of my life that I was concerned about have helped me better the other aspects of my life without even directly focusing on it. She just helps me become a better person and really want to change my negative bad habits around for the long term. I also love the recap emails she sends to keep me motivated and remind me what we discussed. She works with your schedule and really goes above and beyond. I can't say enough great things about her, highly recommended.

Linda and I quickly formed a working relationship that is helping me to resolve some conflicts that have distracted me from other, more productive pursuits. Linda is very likable and easy to speak with. I thought it might be strange doing all of the doing everything via phone with someone on the other opposite coast, but it works out pretty well. Linda is educated and well spoken. She has many tips and tricks that are logical and easy to implement as long as you are willing to put the time in to work on you. She emails a recap of your chat, which is great! I print mine out and have them in a folder for easy access.The sessions are 45 mins long. If you are looking for some direction and need a different type of insight, Linda might be a good fit for you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my coaching prices affordable so that everyone has a chance to learn how to improve their life. It takes money to run a business and to live life, but I don't want to make it so far out of reach that some are not given the chance to learn how they can be happy.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I invite each client to spend a small amount of time with me in a free, initial consult. I know that speaking with someone about personal matters is hard for some people to do. Like any relationship, a foundation of trust must be established.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My mentor was a life coach who worked directly with Tony Robbins as an assistant coach for years. I was certified by her organization. In addition, life is a continuing education in itself. Each person I work with teaches me something by sharing themselves. I am an avid reader of new techniques, both coaching and spiritual, and belong to many professional coaching groups where we share our experiences and continue to grow.
