Jon was extremely reliable, professional and capable.
He resolved many issues that would have come back to haunt me later. His work ethic is impeccable. All deviations that needed to be made from the planned work were brought to my attention immediately. Old houses always have old ghosts to deal with. He explained needed revisions with me and requested my approval before proceeding. He does really good work at very reasonable prices. My only regret is that my budget would not allow me to keep him to do the rest of my house. I would recommend him without reservation.
