FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and fair, based on the current industry standards for licensed electrical and HVAC professionals. Every job is quoted upfront with no hidden fees. Diagnostic and service visit fees apply, but those are applied toward the total cost if you move forward with the repair or installation. We offer discounts for repeat customers, seniors, and first responders. Our goal is to give you honest work at a fair price — no games, no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start with a short conversation to understand your needs — whether it’s electrical, HVAC, or smart home-related. From there, we’ll schedule a visit to assess the project in person. Once we’ve looked everything over, we’ll provide a clear estimate, walk you through what’s needed, and get the job scheduled. Communication stays open throughout the entire process — we make sure you always know what’s happening and why. Professionalism, honesty, and clean work are our standards on every job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Electrical Engineering at Penn State University and have been hands-on with electrical and HVAC systems for over a decade. I’m a licensed electrical contractor and EPA 608 Universal certified technician, with an HVAC license through Penn Foster College and advanced hands-on HVAC training from the Ultimate Tech Academy in Arkansas. My background also includes robotics, advanced electronics, and project management, which gives me a deep technical understanding of how to design, troubleshoot, and perfect modern residential systems — especially smart home and energy-efficient solutions.
