Nathan was able to make time on a busy, HOT day when so many systems needed attention to stop by to check out what was wrong with our AC system. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. He was gone in under 30 minutes and we were on our way to a cool house once again! BUT wait there is more The house didnt actually get cool. I called again the next day and they sent Derek. In just 5 minutes Derek and his assistant realized another problem that Nathan had not seen. Im not an expert so well give Nathan a break and assume he was overworked during this crazy hot summer. The house seems to be cooling down nicely now and there is hope we will sleep well tonight.

Not entirely happy with my experience at HL Bowman. Spent over $11k for a new HVAC system about a month ago and the follow-up has been poor. Had an issue with the system where it wasnt blowing properly and they came out and completed a repair, however, the tech stated they would get back to me with quotes on some recommendations for ductwork repairs and has been about a week and nothing! Unfortunately, it seems as if since they have my money for the new system, they are no longer interested in following through with ensuring the system and ductwork is working optimally for maximized heating and cooling. They also failed to fully set up the new thermostat when they installed the system. Hopefully they will make this right as I was very apprehensive about doing business with a larger company and these are some of the reasons why.

HL Bowman replaced our AC/Furnace This week and did a super job! The install crew Peter Lalic and Cody Frank were very professional, courteous and SUPER respectful. Everyone who was supposed to be at our place was here early and got to work immediately, and didnt leave until they knew everything was installed, working properly and we were going to be okay. The guys were just AWESOME! We are very grateful that the owner of our place chose HLB! A huge thanks to Diana who called us ASAP and Brian who came out and did the inspection/estimate. Brian / Dania were Super kind and very profesional as well.*Thank you HL Bowman for hiring SUPER HEROES as employees and providing us a SUPERB SERVICE!*
