I don't usually write reviews, and honestly when I read reviews I can't help but think that people are just giving biased opinions based on their specific situation. I just have to warn people who are considering using Bryan as an attorney that he may not be your best option. After I paid him, I was never able reach him. I called twice leaving voice mails that were never answered, and once after that and spoke with his receptionist who told me he would get in contact with me but then he never did. The only appearance he made was at my preliminary hearing where he left me by myself and it's not an over exaggeration when I say that I had to go through everything all alone as though I had no representation whatsoever. Then the day before my official court date he had his receptionist call and leave me a voice mail to let me know that he may not be able to attend my hearing, an hour later she called and left another voice mail saying he wasn't going to be at my hearing, but he would have someone else there to represent me in his place. I was at work when I received these messages and when I finally got the opportunity to call him back I couldn't get a hold of anyone. He personally called me and left a voice mail giving me his cell number to address any questions I had about him not attending my hearing, and when I called there was still no answer. So I went to my court date nervous and alone. There was no lawyer there for me...I had no representation. Luckily everything was very straightforward, and I was able to get through everything on my own. Since my court date I had a question regarding an issue that I thought he may be able to help me with, so I called his office and left a voice mail. Once again I received no response. I'm just happy that I was able to get through everything on my own without him. Yes, it was very stressful and I had hired him specifically to avoid every hassle that I ended up encountering and having to deal with on my own, but I got through it. Unfortunately, other people might not be so lucky. I lost my money, but thankfully had no legal repercussions from his negligence, I'm just writing this to try and help anyone else that may not be so fortunate.
