Our garbage disposal blew out as a result of a clogged drain while cleaning up after a dinner party on Saturday night. Shian responded quickly and agreed to come over on Sunday morning. He was punctual, did a great job in diagnosing and showing us the problem with his high-tech tools. He clearly explained the solutions and worked diligently until the clog was cleared out. Shian went above and beyond by suggesting that we run the dishwasher after the job was complete to ensure everything was in optimal working order. The pricing was reasonable considering all the factors involved. We highly recommend his services.
