- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Re my college planning consultation practice: 1st Hour only: Free; Addl. pre-contracting hours (max.: 2): $150/hour payable in advance. Upon contracting, 50% of deposit will be applied to contracting fee. Prices vary based on plan chosen plus number of children in the household to be serviced. Re my financial services practice: A $250 refundable deposit refunded upon expiration of free look period following acceptance of product delivery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First & foremost: Identify the client's concerns for his/her future re health and family lifestyle. Next, obtain underwriters' required personal health & financial data. Then: Identify the best tool(s) available that most accurately address the solution(s) for the client's financial goals and concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
45 years of asset protection experience. College degree plus many years of industry training and continuing education courses.
