- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I sit down with them and do a thorough skin analysis. I get their history of treatments they have done in the past and products they have used. I go over with them what their main concerns and goals are and tailor their treatments to their specific needs. I check in with them to make sure they are happy with the results and I work with them to get to know their skin to achieve the best results possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is very important to me and highly encouraged in my field and where I work! I take every opportunity to improve my knowledge and skills.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with an interest in doing makeup professionally when asked by a photographer to be her main makeup person. The skin care naturally followed suit!
