Athletic event or competition,
I like that they have early am appointments for personal training. The staff is always friendly and helpful and are best at getting you to your best health.Sep 19, 2018Verified
Friendly, Personable, and Flexible. So far I really enjoy my personal trainer, at first I didn't want a guy but I give it a try and I don't mind having a male personal trainer. He pushes me harder and encourages me to do good :)Jan 19, 2017Verified
I'm a healthy, active 50+ year old male that has been into physical fitness/nutrition for most of my adult life. Over the last few years I had been thinking of hiring a personal trainer, to up my fitness game. I had spoken to a few but didn't hire anyone because the chemistry seemed off. Recently, I discovered Performance Fitness Training, went in for a consultation and liked their ideology. They were thorough in the questions they asked in order to understand my goals and were straight forward with the knowledge/help they would provide and the discipline/responsibility I would need to have in order to reach those goals (i.e. no outlandish promises). I've had a few workouts with a very knowledgeable PFT personal trainer named "Kyle." This young man is very knowledgeable, motivating and easy to talk with. I have learned something new each workout and leave looking forward to the next one. PFT is exactly what I've been looking for, and as of this writing, I am very pleased and excited about finding them.Dec 22, 2016Verified
I enjoy my trainer. He is very patient with me. Showing me how to use the equipment and do cardio without injury. Best made decision i have made in years. Definitely recommend them to anyone.Oct 3, 2015Verified
Trainers are over booked, they need to hire more. During one month I was only able to get two sessions in. There was about 3 times I canceled due to scheduling conflicts. I received an email from them asking if I wanted to continue training services. I did tell them that I was busy the next month before signing the contract and that I had military training. They explained to me that if anything came up or I couldn't do the training then they'd work with me. Once I asked them not to charge me for the next months memberships they went ahead and charged me anyway. Bad business. Remember you ARE singing a contract! Customer service is aweful. Trainers are awesome, but customer service is terrible! I wouldn't recommended this to anyone.Nov 8, 2016VerifiedPerfomance Fitness Training's reply
Hi Greg, I'm sorry you did not find us to be the best team of trainers for your needs. I see in the trainers’ notes that our they have tried various different appointment times per the time frame availability that you provided during your consultation but, unfortunately, you were not able to keep most of them it seemed. We dare able to accommodate most schedules but we do acknowledge that we are unable to provide last minute time changes on a daily basis. I do wish we could have helped you sooner regarding your military absence. Management had left multiple messages trying to reach you but was unable to get a reply until just this morning with the appropriate documentation from you for us to ensure we were able to address your needs appropriately. Thank you for your time and your service.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our training programs are month -to -month and we bill on a monthly basis. Our frequency based structure allows us to implement a structured plan of action. The whole goal of a training program is to get results and adaptations occur with consistent, progressive programming. Your Results...Our Business!

We prioritize and define the essential components of fitness and nutrition in terms of that individual's needs and outline the most appropriate training frequency program and coach our clients on what they need/can do on their own outside of their time with a trainer to comprise their entire fitness week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Over 35+ combined years of experience. Nationally accredited certifications (ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM) and 4 year science degrees.
