Dave has provided quality service for the hired activity (garbage disposal replacement). He even purchased the part on the way to help my busy schedule. It was nice of him. Tenant was happy as he was able to accommodate alternate proposed time little but late in the day. I would highly recommend based on my experience and reasonable cost. He is my go to man for future work.
