Working with James and Zack of BIG Moves Hauling was a wonderful experience, from start to finish! James was incredibly responsive to my initial request, which I appreciated all the more after two different negative experiences with other Thumbtack handymen. The day of the appointment, Zack was super punctual, thorough during the walk-through, and very meticulous in making sure the mirror was exactly where I wanted it. Later joined by James, the two worked efficiently to ensure all of the art and shelves were perfectly placed. Their services are very reasonable, especially given how warm and personable they both are and the efficiency with which they were able to complete the requested projects. It’s clear they are both very experienced and conscientious individuals. I will be hiring them again soon for additional art installation. 5 stars - highly recommend! ⭐️

Our actual move has not even happened, but already I am very impressed! James called early the very next morning after I submitted the project request. He has clearly explained things, asked completely logical questions about our situation, and answered all of our questions. He has been professional and polite, and we are looking forward to meeting the crew and moving to our new place. I have confidence that this will be an excellent move with this company! What a huge relief that is!

They did a great job. Very responsive to my request (called almost immediately to discuss and confirm). Showed up on time. Carefully moved the equipment and got a challenging job done well. Would most definitely recommend them!

I had a very good experience working with the guys from BIG Moves Hauling. Very nicely behaved people, they arrived on time and started to load the stuff as soils as they arrived, did not waste any time in chit- chat because work is being paid for by per her.

I'm very pleased. Very nice guy did all the loading of junk himself. He busted his butt in the heat and spiders. I would recommend highly and plan to use them again in the future.
