I hired Luxury Innovations for my flooring project. Luis was very friendly and easy to work with. I was able to make a measurement/estimate appointment quickly and he brought samples along. After I decided on my flooring, he got me on his schedule shortly after and completed my project in one day (removed old floor and installed new flooring in 4 areas). I'm very happy with how everything turned out. They did a great job and I love my new floors.

These guys did an amazing job with stretching our carpet. Showed up looked at the job, quoted a price ad got to work! They cleaned up the work area really well and were very polite and professional .

Respect to a person and a business owner who makes things right. This review could’ve been another way as far as 1 Star and I was prepared to give him the worst review ever. As you can see, Luis earned 5 out of me, because he made it right. He turned my frown upside down(Lionel Kiddie City throwback) He gave me his word and came back today and now I like my floors😁Yesterday I was heated😡. Good value, punctual and a man of his word. Luis, I still need to do the rest of my downstairs I’ll give you a call later. No need for pictures yesterday I would have had some for y’all to see
