I couldn't have picked a better coordinator. My husband and I decided to plan a long distance wedding in our hometown and I don't know what I would've done without David's expertise! He was quick to refer me to vendors when I needed something. He took detailed notes and was very attentive when we explained what we wanted and what the decorations should look like. On the actual day, my husband and I were able to enjoy the day without having to worry about set up, take down, or tracking down family for photos and events. Not only did he make sure we had what we needed, he made sure to check in on our wedding party and families. Michael was professional, punctual, and made us comfortable throughout the whole crazy process of planning a wedding. I highly recommend Michael for your wedding!!!

I cannot express my gratitude for David's attentiveness during my wedding. I started planning our wedding approximately 17 months in advance. A few months before the wedding I finally decided I didn't want to "run the show" but wanted to be able to enjoy myself. I put a feeler out for a "day of coordinator" and was quickly drawn in by his competitive rates and "keyboard" charisma that is equal in person. I debated for the longest time whether hiring someone for one day was "worth it" and it was worth every penny and more. My vendors were delighted with him; my DJ gave a glowing recommendation on his personal and professional Facebook pages. My maid of honor was very happy; my sister had that task but I wanted her to enjoy herself too. My guests were delighted with how everything went and there's comments all over social media about how our wedding was the best they have been to in a long time or ever. My venue was no easy task, our prep rooms were on two different floors and the venue spanned across three floors, two of them with no or poor cell service. The night went superbly with very minor hiccups that I saw. If there were more, David did a good job keeping me out of it so I wouldn't worry. He really had OUR BEST INTERESTS in mind. A friend asked why she should look at hiring a coordinator for her own wedding instead of just using the wedding coordinator at her venue. I told her because sometimes you just need someone to look out for only you, not the other services they provide or in the interest of their boss. All email responses were prompt at ALL hours of the day, not just business hours and he would remember details that I didn't even remember mentioning (or perhaps he just "knew"). I was happy when he sent me an email the night of our rehearsal with his game plan on alleviating an issue we had with our ceremony audio/visual. Our wedding was last night but I wanted to be sure I gave David credit where deserved. I'm recommending him to my friends! You can't go wrong. I can't say enough.

David Snook performed our marriage ceremony yesterday. He was outstanding. He was charismatic, upbeat, professional and extremely knowledgable. He gave us advice and suggestions that really helped us out leading up to and on the wedding day. He was so great. And everyone in our wedding party and our guests all commented how great of an officiant he was. Thank you, David!!!

David was such a valuable resource from day one. He was our day of coordinator. Our wedding day was ours - David took all our plans and made it exactly what we wanted. He answered every text and email promptly and gave us advice when we needed it. He was worth every penny!

Whatever you do for your wedding, hiring David should be #1. I was skeptical at first because his pricing was great but he had very little to no reviews. So I called him to get a better feel for the situation. David explained how he has been a cruise event director for many years and is just getting into weddings. With that kind of experience I felt confident going forward. But I had no idea what an absolute asset and invaluable player I had added to my wedding team! Firstly, no matter what time of day or night I got a response from David on average within 10 minutes of any question. This was incredible as you will probably learn soon enough that wrangling certain vendors can be a headache. He was always willing to go above and beyond what was exactly contracted to make sure I was confident in the wedding day plan. He made multiple timelines of the day of until everything was perfect. He also took over my vendors 2 weeks out which I would HIGHLY recommend. He dealt with making sure everyone knew where to be at what time and what to do so it was not my problem. He was always very reassuring and truly made me feel like no matter what happened, he would handle it. The day of the wedding David was everywhere. When it was time line everyone up, coordinate the send off, transition the guests from one venue to another. He made sure to only ask me questions about important things and completely took my opinion into account. (I had hired a cupcake truck to pull up, but it was raining. He was going to arrange for them to set up where the caterer was. My guests were running around in the rain so I told him not to worry about it and he conveyed all this to the cupcake people) He also re-set up my photobooth which was meant to be on the lawn, under a covering without me even asking. He definetleyhad his eyes on the details. All in all, David made my day as worry free as possible and was incredibly reliable, which is what you need during this time.
