As a Handyman, I can help with most any project. I primarily do interior work but during warmer weather also do some exterior work. For example: ~I specialize in complete bathroom restoration. ~Laminate, Vinyl & Ceramic floor covering. ~Kitchen & Bathroom backsplash installation, ~Small Plumbing, faucet, and shower replacement. Sink and toilet sets, pipe leaks, etc... ~Ceiling Fans, light fixtures, outlet & switch replacement. ~ Appliance set up, stove, dishwasher refrigerator, and above stove microwave installations. ~ Furniture assembly, Gazebo Assembly, etc... ~Interior Painting & some exterior painting, ~Pressure washing & staining of decks & fences, as well as repair ~Landscaping projects, paver patios, sidewalks & retaining walls, driveway & sidewalk repair. Very happy to have found Brian to assist with our home improvements. He is quick to respond, straight forward, his pricing doesn’t change, and he provided quality work at affordable price. We just bought home and needed work done in timely manner and tried this app for the first time. Glad we did! He installed new baseboards in two rooms and a drop ceiling in basement. I am always fair with my pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would 1st want to book appointment with the customer, a day & time to look at the project in person & to make sure I understand exactly what they are looking for. Take some photos of the project & get them a price as quickly as possible. Find out exactly when they are wanting to get started on the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father was a carpenter & I learned & helped him as he built additions on to our home as well as many relatives & neighbors throughout our community. I have been doing this type work for over 25+ years.
