He came to the home assessed the HVAC system. He said the contactor was bad and tried to charge us 350. The part only costed 35 dollars (he told me this) but we negotiated down to 275. He cancels the appointment 2 times to come out and when he finally did today he said the HVAC hard start kit was bad and that he needed to charge another 175. The hard start kit is only 10 dollars. So he wanted $405 for labor for something that can be fixed for 45 dollars parts and and 1 of labor. Do not use him!!!!

You had 2 blown parts which in most cases a lot of companies would sell the one part alone for 400, you’re unit was not maintained or taken care of over the years and that’s the reason for the failure, the appointment was pushed once and the other I just pushed the time up and was there when I said I’d be with this work it’s a lot more then the part that you are paying for!
