- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no surprises. Every project is custom-quoted based on scope, materials, and timeline. Our estimates include labor, materials, and project management, so clients know exactly what they’re paying for. We don’t believe in hidden fees, and any changes are discussed and approved before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call or message to understand the project and the client’s goals. Next, we schedule an on-site visit to take measurements, discuss design options, and review budget expectations. After that, we provide a detailed written estimate and scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the project, manage the work from start to finish, and keep the client updated throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on, real-world training in interior remodeling and construction. We’ve worked directly with skilled trades such as carpentry, tile, plumbing, and finishing, which allows us to oversee projects properly and maintain high quality standards. We stay up to date with materials, installation methods, and local building requirements.
