Eduard responded very fast and fixed a door that had stumped another contractor in less than 90 minutes. He fixed it the same day he came to look at it. I was previously having issues with the door latching/locking and significant gapping but now it works perfectly and is totally sealed. I’m a bit annoyed that I can’t add how much or a value this was!
Our front door decided to stop latching,l and blew open, and our cat escaped. After retrieving him from our neighbors’ daughter (he loves her and when he escaped he went straight to her!) I messaged a few places and they all quoted me $900 to rehang the door, sight unseen.
Your Dream House, on the other hand, came right out to give me an estimate. He didn’t have to rehang the door — he fixed the latch and planed the bottom of the door. The door now latches and the cat is safe… all for $150!
