My Maytag locked shut with wet clothes inside and threw an error code. I was ready to buy a new machine. He talked me through it, came out the next morning, and it was a much smaller fix than I expected. Honest about what was and wasn't worth repairing.

After I explained the issue, Dmitry had a good idea of what needed to be fixed and came prepared with the necessary replacement part. He arrived as scheduled, was courteous throughout the visit, and made sure everything was neat and tidy before leaving.
