• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I prefer clear, upfront pricing rather than surprises after the work is completed. My price depends on the type, size, and complexity of the project. I can often offer a better overall price when several items are completed during the same visit. If you have multiple TVs, furniture items, pictures, shelves, or other projects, let me know and I can provide a package price.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I first ask for the details of the project so I can understand exactly what needs to be done. For furniture, a photo or product link is helpful. For TV mounting, I usually need the TV size and information about the mount and installation location. I then provide a clear price and arrange a convenient date and time. I arrive with professional tools and complete the work carefully and efficiently.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  My experience comes primarily from extensive hands-on work and completing many different projects for customers. I have experience with different types of furniture, TV mounts, wall materials, mounting hardware, and installation situations. Every project has helped me develop better techniques and practical problem-solving skills.
