This is very interesting company. I have had my computer well past its warranty, and yes, the computer companies would just love me to purchase a new machine because I now have some hardware difficulties (for example, a battery pack that blew up like a balloon). Actually, I no longer have any hardware problems, all due to TechFix's effort and capability. They did not just repair my computer, they also did all they could to keep my costs down. Wait, a company that does excellent work and also does not charge me an arm and a leg. Yes, TechFix is a very interesting company, and if you have any type of computer problem, I would go to them straight away. Oh, I almost forgot. They are all so decent, and well-mannered, too--very, very professional--just the best!

TechFIX did a great job! I was unsure if the computer fix was going to be dead or not worth the fix but in the end it was a simple fix and not to mention much cheaper than what the geek squad had quoted and I had my laptop back in less than a week. I would highly recommend TechFIX to anyone with any computer issues, they gave the best advise, gave up to date notifications of the progress and status, and were very professional.

I sent an email, via Thumbtack to TechFIX on Wednesday, the 19th, because neither mouse (wired-old; wireless-new) was working properly. I though the connection to the laptop was loose or broken. I took it in (my choice) on Thursday. The laptop was examined, and we discussed several other issues as well. I was asked if I could leave it for a couple of days, because the owner was going out of town that evening, and wouldn't be back until Monday (Christmas Eve). I told him the laptop was my primary entertainment (I'm handicapped); and, I'd prefer to bring it back after the holiday. He stated that he would do it immediately. Four hours later, I picked it up, working properly, with all the other issues also resolved. He told me the only thing I had to do was reconnect with the internet. I'm not very computer literate, and I couldn't get reconnected. On Friday, I contacted the company via the phone, and the owner offered to come to my home on Monday, to get me on line. I told him I could wait until after Christmas; but, he started that wouldn't be necessary. On Monday, he came and in 5 minutes had me on line. He said he wouldn't charge me for the visit. I, obviously, am very satisfied customer; and, recommend the company without any reservation. JJS
