- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free, no-obligation estimates. The price we quote is the price you can expect — there are no hidden fees or surprise charges unless the scope of work changes after approval. We don’t typically run promotional discounts because we price our work fairly from the start. However, we are proud to offer discounts for police officers, firefighters, first responders, and current or former military members. Please call to inquire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone consultation to understand what you're looking for, why you're building a fence, and to make sure we're aligned on your goals and investment expectations. Next, we schedule an on-site visit where we: -Walk the fence line with you -Take measurements -Discuss material and design options -Provide visualizations using our proprietary software so you can see what your fence may look like After that, we provide a detailed estimate outlining the options discussed. Once approved and the deposit is received, we schedule your project, mark the layout prior to installation, and complete the build with a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets expectations. We'll follow up after installation to make sure you’re completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are professionally trained through our franchise system, which provides structured training in fence installation best practices, materials, project management, and customer service standards. We follow proven installation methods and industry guidelines to ensure every fence is built correctly, safely, and to last.
