Patricia and her team keep me updated through the clean. It was amazing to have them come on such short notice to get my condo prepped for sale. I appreciated their hard work and I had to leave early before they had completed but they locked everything up when they left and even updated me when they headed out.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our preferred typical process while working with new clients is to do a Deep Cleaning to learn about the specific house while getting it ready for maintenance.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Our most recent project was a Move our cleaning for a home that was left unattended. Our team was able to change the house drastically. A home that once needed to changed the appliances not longer needed as the appliances looked like-new. The floors needed work, and we were able to leave it spotless. The project was completed and complemented by clients! The project took 6 hours with 3 cleaners.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice to all clients is to not only take in consideration the lowest quote. Because the lowest quote might not be suitable for needs. And at the end, you could be left with a not completed home having to hire someone else to fix the situation. Here at Bacco we do our best to make a budget that both works with our clients and our budget.
