John saved the day when a big name HVAC company completely dropped the ball after taking over a week to get nowhere during the hottest week of the year so far. We got connected on Thumbtack late Friday night and messaged me right away. The next day, he installed the condenser fan motor and blade I sourced, and since he was here anyway, also cleaned the furnace motor for me since all the caked on dirt had thrown off the balance, all for a super reasonable price especially during the weekend. Don’t bother with the big name companies and stick with Rachko for speed, customer service, and thoroughness!
