Introduction
Individual sessions cost $20 and customers receive $20 gift card to GIANT. Yes, it is free. It is in part due to GIANT's commitment to the health and wellness of their customers.
Classes are also free, but require registration.
I also attend out-of-store health and wellness events, community events, give talks out of the store at schools, companies, etc, at no charge.
