- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on volume, weight, labor, and dump fees, so every job can be a little different. We always keep our pricing transparent and affordable, with no surprise charges. Photos help us provide the most accurate quote possible. We also offer senior and veteran discounts, along with occasional savings for larger jobs, repeat customers, and review-based promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. Customers send us a few photos or a quick description of what needs to go, and we provide a fast, honest estimate. Once approved, we schedule a time that works best, arrive on time, remove everything quickly, and clean up before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on field work in junk removal, hauling, landscaping, cleanouts, and light demolition. We work with the right equipment, trailers, and hauling tools to safely remove items while protecting the property and leaving the area clean.
