- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon arrival, I introduced myself, the company and asked the customer to do a quick walkthrough around the house to see exactly what needs to be done, even though we work with a checklist, once a quick walkthrough , I might answer a few questions in between, if not I head back to the vehicle , I run it down to the worker(s) that is with me , any special instructions, if there was no special instructions , the cleaning begin.
