FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide project-based pricing, not guesswork. Most jobs are priced as a fixed cost based on scope, complexity, and site conditions. Small standard tasks may have flat rates, while larger or more technical projects are quoted per project after review. I offer onsite estimates for $75, which is applied toward the total cost if you move forward. There are no hidden fees. All pricing is discussed and agreed on before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing the project details and asking the right questions to clearly define the scope. For most projects, I request photos or schedule a paid onsite estimate to provide an accurate quote. Once the scope, price, and timeline are agreed upon, I complete the work personally, with attention to structure, safety, and finish quality. I keep communication clear throughout the project and leave the site clean after completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master’s degree in engineering (logistics and transportation) and a strong technical background. Beyond formal education, I have many years of hands-on experience in construction, renovation, framing, finish carpentry, and structural repairs. I work independently, use professional tools, and follow best building practices and local code requirements where applicable.
