- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not shampoo rugs or remove smoke out of homes and i don’t do outside work like porches outside furniture etc
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually introduce myself on Thumtack then the customer will request to speak with me on the phone if desired, after having conversation I will meet them at their home I do a walk though and then I start the job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do hold an associate degree in science which will help me continue my career in health. I had the opportunity to work for Disney world housekeeping where i was able to learn sharpness cleanliness and service to our clients. I moved onto cleaning a lot of Airbnbs which i do seasonal now.
