These movers were great!! Price was very reasonable they were on time and very respectful. They went above and beyond moving more stuff than anticipated. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will definitely be using them for future moves and recommending them to family and friends as well.

Piss poor job and terrible time management. So my move out date was March 1st and on February 27th I contacted this man about a job that would take place the next day (Feb 28th). Something to note here was that I paid a security deposit of $200 from the total $500 job and confirmed with him that he would show up at 11:30 am to start. Come the morning of the 28th he attempted to contact me to go over details about this job that we already confirmed over text, he called at 10:22 am, I missed this call because I was handling other business with other people involved in the moving process so I called back at 10:29 am (7 minutes later) and we talked for a bit, fast-forward it’s 11:30am and He nor his crew was at the job, so assuming he was running late waited 30 more minutes to which he did not show up or call to give me updates. So come 12pm I decided to call him to which he asks to reschedule until 2:35 pm because he’s on another job, even though I had already paid and we agreed to a certain time ( this suggest that in the previous 7 minute time window that I missed his call he took it upon himself to schedule someone else for my already paid for time slot and then he decided to prioritize doing that job). 2:35pm comes and he meets me at the storage unit and he brought a small truck and 1 other person. Sometime later he and his friend( the other person) finished packing the truck; during this time these two were struggling and another moving company seen this and genuinely laughed at the unprofessional sight he seen and offered me his business card while these two ( in attempt at getting everything in one go) crammed ALL of my items into that small truck where everything just didn’t fit properly and looked a mess. Amidst this interaction this dude had the audacity to ask me to LEAVE after completing half of the job so they can go finish the other job he already left to come to mine ( this part suggest that he failed to finish that job fully), obviously I said no and we continued. We get to the second part of the job and he and his friend grabs everything fairly quick but not smooth as he dropped my items ( dresser and shelves) multiple times which you can see the damages in the photos, so I ask him to lower the price as he was late and did a sloppy job to which he refuses stating how he could’ve increased to price but was being nice or something ( can’t remember the exact words), I retaliated stating how for the price he charged I could’ve went for an actual professional who would’ve done a significantly better job. During the drop off part of my job we needed items moved to my basement and he took it upon himself to use MY rug to place on the mud so he could kneel on it as to not get himself dirty and not only that he dragged my item through the mud and tracked it through my new place. Do not hire these people they are clueless as to what they are doing
