Steve from 1 Tom Plumber patiently listened to our description of the problem, examined the situation, reviewed the relevant photos from the construction phase of the house, and discussed the things we homeowners tried to unclog our 2" PVC utility room floor drain before calling the professionals. This 2" PVC drainpipe ran alongside our water line coming into the house from the well. To avoid machinery digging up the yard, we homeowners exposed the pipes in the ground. Steve & Justin took it from there. We all suspected this small 2" PVC pipe ran into our rock pit - required by Frankstown Township. Steve & Justin cut the PVC pipe outside of the foundation & cleared the downstream clog with high pressure water to avoid damaging this dinky pipe. The clog was 20 feet away in the section of PVC that dropped down into our rock pit. Steve & Justin installed a clean out near the foundation - if we ever have another clog. We then tested the pipe by running 5 minutes of garden hose water down the drain and it worked beautifully! We homeowners can put away the wet vac. All the staff we worked with at 1 Tom Plumber were courteous, prompt, and professional. They called when they were en route, so we knew when to expect them. They arrived on time & went straight to work. They even cleaned up rocks & dirt lumps from the grass. Our experience was great! Highly recommend 1 Tom Plumber.

Trevor was very kind and polite to us and our home. He talked us through each step be did and was very efficient! He was considerate and even lit the heater before he finished up his paperwork so that we had hot water before he had left! All in all great service!

Had to call on a Sunday for a leaking pipe. Was given a time between 11a - 1p. After hanging up the phone I got a text that time was 10a-12p. It was a few minutes to 10a. Justin called very shortly after and arrived in about 20min. Quickly identified the problem. Gave us a price. We accepted. He had to go get the part but was not gone long. Replaced the broken valve and showed us everything done. We are very happy with his service and work. Would highly recommend!
