Charles is by far the most excellent contractor we have ever used. Bar none. He designed and implemented the construction of our new kitchen. He either DID every single aspect by himself, or oversaw anyone who came into the house. Floors to ceilings! Anytime we discussed something and my husband or I would say, "is it possible to maybe do???" He found a way! When we decided it was time for a new kitchen, we never expected to get pretty much everything we wanted, and more. But we did. Not only is Charles's workmanship extraordinary, but he himself is THE most respectful and considerate of any workers of any kind we have ever had in our home. And believe me, when no one in our household is DIY, and we've lived here 30+ years, we have had to deal with lots of workmen! Our original idea was to change old cabinets, countertops and appliances. But with the questions and suggestions of Charles we ended up with a major remodel. He understood our greatest desires in a kitchen. And so we were able to get our dream kitchen. We are so very pleased with the kitchen results, we really really want to remodel our game room with the help of Charles of Parham Design. Soon.

Great Handyman. initially we had little misunderstanding but we talked out. He went to my place as scheduled and looked at the problem. I liked the honesty that he wasn't quite licensed to do the job and offered me to do more as it comes for handyman kind of project. He also suggested me his friends who can do the job having license for it. Loved his professionalism.

Charles disassembled and then reinstalled a closet system in our new home and he did a great job. In the past I have found it difficult to hire a handyman to do a small job like this, and I found it very helpful that Charles responded immediately to my request for the job. Additionally, he was very flexible and accommodating in terms of timing and availability. We will definitely be hiring Charles again for other jobs around our new house!

#1 All labor $40.00/hour #2 Design's, never the same... #3 Installations; Cabinets. countertops, and certain flooring is @ sq.footage. #4 Crown and other mouldings, @ per runnig ft. #5 Sitting/ installation of appliance. Sinks, under cabinet lighting/ microwave and dishwashers. All depending on make and model.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First scheduling a personal meeting. Listening to their concerns, desires and plans. Gives one a better understanding of the job that's to be performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having been able to travel/work all over USA. I know now... There's 360 ways to look at all situations at hand... #1 DuPont, certified solid surface "Corian" fabricator/ installation. #2 Drafting, AutoCAD 2020 technology. (Have software) #3 And many years! @ #doingwhatitrulylove...
