We use a flat rate pricing model, which means you know the price for the work before we get started. That helps eliminate surprises and gives customers clear, upfront pricing rather than open-ended hourly charges. Pricing can vary depending on the repair, service, or installation needed, but we always aim to be honest and transparent. We also occasionally offer seasonal specials and discounts on select services or system upgrades.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
