- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pay is $50 per hour (minimum pay for 2 hours). I can discuss all discounts individually and depend on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In our conversation, we’ll discuss the main issue and set a date. At the agreed time, I’ll arrive with the necessary tools. We’ll then discuss the task in more detail. I’ll thoroughly inspect the problem and start working on the solution. Once finished, I’ll show you the result, accept payment, and hope for your feedback!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in several companies that were engaged in repairs and I believe that, as in any profession, personal experience is needed in this matter
